Every Spring and Fall, the Home Builders Association organizes the Parade of Homes for the public. The Parade of Homes offers potential home buyers a great opportunity to walk through brand new homes and meet the builders.
 
You can preview each Parade on the Internet a couple of weeks before the event. The Fall 2009 Parade is online NOW at www.ParadeOnlineTour.com.
 
The Online Tour has a searchable database that allows you to easily find the Parade Homes you want to see. Search by price range, find the townhomes or locate the Parade Homes that are for sale.
 
Admission: It's FREE to view homes in the Parade.
Parade Dates: May 9 (Sun.) - May 16 (Sun.)
Spring Parade Hours: 6pm-9pm Mon.-Fri. and 1pm-6pm weekends.
