Long Business Description Joe Steinbach and I started Ironwood Builders in 2007. Over the past number of years, Ironwood’s price range has grown to the $400,000 plus market. We still have many people asking for homes in the $250,000 to $400,000 range though and we wanted to meet that demand. Thus, we started Element Homes at the beginning of 2018.
